Return & Refund Policy

At NexoraJewels.pk, we strive to provide high-quality artificial jewellery and an excellent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

You received a damaged or defective item.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
A valid Order Number or Invoice is required.
Clear photos or a short video of the issue must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer.
Return requests made after the allowed return period.
Clearance, sale, or non-returnable items (if clearly marked).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when:

A replacement item is unavailable.
We are unable to fulfill the replacement request.
A return has been approved and the returned product has been inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through a mutually agreed payment method, such as a bank transfer or digital wallet.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), NexoraJewels.pk will bear the return shipping charges.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason not caused by us, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
